I am not a writer, somehow words are not an easy material for me to form, but I enjoy reading and love it when the words that I need at the moment fall into my lap! Sally Vickers writes about a parallel in physics and psychology that the narrator discovers in The Other Side of You:
…Electrons have no material reality but are called into existanceby us when we measuere them? -…yes… – So in a sense they depend on us for their existence. Maybe… – But they don’t figure, do they, in our reality until we set about looking for them? – I suppose not, yes. – And yet you would say they exist,… – …certainly…
… reality in’tmaterial at all – in fact, nothing is – … the essence of it depends upon its being perceived for it to exist. Our consciousness make it exist.
