 Cynthia Schwertsik works in the genres of visual art and contemporary performance with participatory inclusion. She navigates the everyday by engaging with objects and public spaces and subverts their functionality with humorous interventions.
For The Guildhouse Collections Project Schwertsik explores the Post-object and Documentation collection at Flinders University Art Museum to present new video and performance work that comments on Australia’s ecological footprint.s
 
The Collections Project is a collaboration between Guildhouse and Flinders University Art Museum.
