Green Wash is a bold exploration combining painting in the expanded field and interactive performance. The project experiments with the blundering and messy ways we discard and dispose of the objects that accumulate and co-opt our lives and the spaces we live in. At Vitalstatistix, Cynthia Schwertsik and collaborator Paul Gazzola will undertake a period of creative development. Can an artwork produce both a discourse and a poetic means? How do we deal with all the stuff?
