way into this year already, I am working my way through the collection of Flinders University Art Museum. Frantically paging through the archives of performance and conceptual art – “ART OF THE WALL” it’s called. I am looking for the Australian version of this artform. It is interesting and definitly has a different taste then my Austrian background.

Guildhouse writes this about me:

Cynthia Schwertsik’s practice spans contemporary performance and visual art. She has produced installations and public art for commissions and exhibitions throughout Europe, Australia, South Africa and the USA, and is one of our recipients for The Collections Project 2019. Schwertsik will respond to the Flinders University Art Museum’s collection of Post Object Art through performance and digital work, gaining insight into Australian artistic concepts of the 1960s and 70s. The outcomes of Schwertsik’s residency will be exhibited from July – August 2019.⠀ ⠀

so, well in the next 2 weeks I have to get my nose out of the past and into gear – but for now I am sort of hovering – like in the photo – not quite there yet. The moment of anticipation, before you know exactly where you are going next, that is the state I am in. Curious.

Hey there I am so grateful I found your blog, I really found you by error,
while I was researching on Bing for something else,
Anyhow I am here now and would just like to say kudos for a tremendous post and a all round exciting blog
    (I also love the theme/design), I don’t have time
to go through it all at the moment but I have saved it and also included
your RSS feeds, so when I have time I will be back to read a great deal more,
Please do keep up the excellent job.
